1. Overview
At BM Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and performance marketing services to help your business grow. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined in this policy.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all B2B clients engaging with BM Consulting for digital marketing, performance marketing, consulting, and associated services.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return/refund window starting from the date the service contract or engagement begins. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service during this period, you may request a refund, subject to the terms mentioned below.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request will be considered valid if:
- The request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the project start date or onboarding confirmation.
- The client has provided reasonable feedback, access, and cooperation required for service delivery.
- The service deliverables promised in the initial 14-day period have not been completed or are deemed unsatisfactory based on documented communication.
- No misuse of services, fraudulent activity, or breach of contract has occurred.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Completed project phases or services already delivered.
- Media spend, ad budgets, or paid advertising costs on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- Third-party tool subscriptions, software, marketplace fees, hosting, or analytics costs incurred on behalf of the client.
- Custom strategy documents, audits, or creative materials already shared with the client.
- Discounted, promotional, or trial service packages.
4. Non-Refundable Components
Regardless of the refund request, the following components will remain non-refundable:
- Advertising budgets spent on any third-party platforms.
- Charges for tools, software, or third-party services used to execute the campaign.
- Consultation time, research, audits, strategy development, and creative work already delivered.
- Any service that has been fully executed as per the agreed scope.
5. Refund Process
- Submit a written request to info@bmconsulting.in or to your account manager.
- BM Consulting will review the request and may ask for additional information or clarification.
- You will receive a refund approval or rejection decision within 7–10 business days.
- Upon approval, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method or any other method mutually agreed upon.
6. Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel the project within the initial 14-day window:
- You may be eligible for a partial refund, adjusted for work completed, team hours invested, and any third-party expenses incurred.
- After 14 days, project cancellation will not qualify for a refund; however, you may discontinue the service by providing written notice as per the terms of the service agreement.
BM Consulting reserves the right to cancel a project in cases of non-cooperation, delays, abusive communication, or breach of terms by the client. In such cases, no refund will be provided for work already completed or expenses already incurred.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to refunds or this policy will be handled as per the terms of the service agreement and governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
