Key Responsibilities

  • Converting leads through Cold Calling / References
  • Pitching presentations
  • Handling corporate clients
  • Pricing and generating Sales Invoice
  • Proper corporate mail conversation
  • Follow up with the clients to boost sales
  • Creating a database of clients through enhanced outbound calls and maintaining the database of the leads generated and make regular follow-ups with them
  • Update all sales-related activities in CRM software
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals


  • Excellent communication
  • Problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion and sales skills
  • 2-5 years of business development, sales, account management experience, especially in Product, ecommerce or Global Clients, freelancers.
  • Experience in working with SMB’s is essential.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
  • Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to see the bigger picture
